Employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage under our health care plan.
We provide basic life insurance coverage at the rate of one-time the employee's annual base salary.
We encourage our employees to accumulate savings for retirement by offering a 401(k) savings plan. Employees may contribute from 1% to 20% of total earnings on a pre-tax basis to their 401(k) plan up to the annual IRS-mandated limit.
All full-time, regular employees receive pre-IPO stock options. In addition, we offer an Early Exercise Stock Option Plan.
Salira provides a vacation plan for regular full-time employees that accrues at a rate of 15 days per year.
All regular full-time employees receive 10 designated paid holidays per calendar year.
Employees are rewarded for successfully referring qualified candidates. Salira offers cash and stock options for referrals that lead to regular full-time employee hires.
